The extensive renovations at our Nedlands centre are well underway. Our goal is to create a safe and secure environment in which children are stimulated and challenged. One they can explore and reinvent as they grow and learn.

The pipe that runs along the outside of the water tank allows the children to watch the water level as it fills and slowly empties. The rocks have all been hand chosen by our landscapers with interesting indentations of leaves and rocks in them, curious shapes that could inspire young minds. The new wooden features have all been sourced locally from Gingin, Western Australia.

It is vital that children feel they have ownership over their own space and learning so they feel confident and comfortable. With the reopening of Nedlands SOEL we will strive to reestablish this sense of ownership, giving the children a chance to rediscover the old and uncover the new.

Every detail or our refit is closely considered with each individual item selected by hand for its aesthetic, architectural and tactile quality as part of a larger collection that forms a loving space.
